The login is printed in the book, so you typed it in. There is no gate here anymore.

Now the part you will not like. The Players Only site held PHP written in 2011 for shopping carts that no longer exist. The simulated dime sale script, the coupon code script, the one time offer generator, the Double Subscribe script. Handing you that code today would be handing you a rusted tool.

The mechanics are a different story. Those still work, and I can prove it on myself rather than telling you to take my word for it.

Right now the Gold Seat on my own challenge page is running a simulated dime sale. The exact tactic from chapter two of this book.

The page shows one price. A cookie starts on your first visit. Come back later and the price has moved. That is the mechanic from 2011, running on a stack that did not exist when I wrote about it, on a live offer I am actually selling.

Scripts rot. Principles do not. That is the entire reason a book from 2011 is still worth your time, and it is why I stopped shipping code snippets and started teaching the thing underneath them.
